"I have always had a passion for style and design. As a child, I would redecorate my dollhouse with anything I could find...wallpaper samples, old carpet remnants, wrapping paper. Once I even cut my bedspread up to make a slipcover for the sofa in my Barbie Dream House."
Today Kim has turned her focus on real homes. "I want to be able to help bring your vision to life." Keeping your style and desires in mind, Kim will work with you to create a space that fits your lifestyle and budget.
Real Estate Staging is an area of expertise for Kim. She will consult with you on color selection, furniture placement and proper accessorizing techniques that will optimize your home's features and make potential buys take notice. "Staging is so important in the sales process. Buyers want to be able to visualize themselves in the space."
Kim studied Interior Design at Maryville University. She has a distinct eye for design and a flair for modern sophistication with a twist. "I would describe my style as a casual, modern take on luxury. It's affordable and comfortable, but also elegant and timeless."
